Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting a bid to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Viewing the property

The bidder has a duty before making an offer to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot subsequently rely on matters that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and that may be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The fee for the certifier is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer. The sale will be made via a real estate transaction service, the cost of which is borne by the buyer (€236) including the title registration fee.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to completing the sale.
