Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Bids can also be made in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the apartment and the company documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-date nature of the documents relating to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that could reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the sales contract will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and transfer of the share take place at the signing meeting.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not proceed for reasons attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to receive the agreed fixed compensation (€100).
