Helkama FE12S suspension E7000

Helkama FE12S electric fatbike is designed for Finnish conditions, whether snowy trails, sandy beaches or rocky forest sections. Robust 26" Schwalbe Jumbo Jim tyres (ETRTO 120-559, ≈66 cm) provide grip and stability, while high-quality Shimano components ensure a smooth, reliable ride across all terrains.

Power and controlled assistance with the Shimano electric system

The FE12S is equipped with a Shimano STEPS E7000 motor (250 W, 60 Nm), which delivers natural and efficient pedal assistance. The motor’s support is smooth and responsive, making climbs and soft surfaces effortless.

The integrated Shimano BT-E8036 630 Wh battery offers long range and is housed inside the frame for protection from knocks and dirt. Charging is straightforward with the Shimano E6002 charger. Ride information is shown clearly on the Shimano E7000 display.

Suspension and handling

The front features a quality Manitou Mastodon Comp fork with 100 mm travel, which makes rough ground easier to handle. Together with the wide tyres this ensures a comfortable, stable ride in both winter and summer.

High-quality Shimano components

The Helkama FE12S uses a Shimano XT M8100 12-speed Shadow+ rear derailleur and SLX shifter, providing smooth, precise changes in all conditions. Power is transmitted via a Samox crankset and a SRAM PG-1230 12-speed cassette (11–50T), offering a wide ratio for steep climbs and fast straights.

Shimano MT410 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors ensure reliable stopping power in all weathers.
