Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as highest. The bidder accepts these terms of sale by placing a bid. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid at a parish council meeting. A decision takes approximately one month from the end of the auction. In addition, the highest bidder agrees to the disclosure of their information for the purpose of making the decision.

Inspection of the property

Before bidding, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not afterwards rely on matters that could have been observed during the inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the transaction. After the forest management plan was prepared, measures may have been carried out on the site, which the buyer is expected to be aware of before making an offer.

Concluding the sale

The sale of the property must be executed in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer pays the fee of the certifying official.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not proceed due to the bidder's fault, the seller is entitled to receive the agreed standard compensation, but at least €1,500.
