The item is sold by bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com 14 January 2026 - 6 February 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 6 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. The bid must be received by the Enforcement Authority in writing no later than 4 February 2026 at 12:00 at the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.

The seized item is sold by online sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 14 January 2026 to 6 February 2026 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid refers. The bidder must identify themself in order to submit the bid.
