The item will be sold by bidding on the internet auction at www.huutokaupat.com between 10 March 2026 and 5 April 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 5 April 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sales period runs from 10 March 2026 to 5 April 2026 at 18:00, or 3 minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. the highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The bid must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 2 April 2026 at 12:00 to the address: Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
