The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 4 March 2026 and 23 March 2026. The bidding deadline ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com reference number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by public sale carried out by the bailiff under section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
