The apartment is located in the still-developing Alppinotko cottage area in Himos and was completed in spring 2024. The property is ideal for active holidays: West Himos slopes and early-snow ski trails are close to the cottages and in summer the golf course is a short distance away.

Downstairs there is a living room, kitchen, separate WC and a bathroom with sauna. The living room opens onto a glazed terrace with an outdoor hot tub.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a WC.

Sleeping arrangements:

The cottage has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In addition, the living room has a sofa bed for two.

Kitchen equipment:

Fridge-freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cooking utensils.

Other equipment:

Duvets and pillows, cleaning equipment, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, outdoor storage, outdoor hot tub, gas grill available 1 May–30 Sep.

Hot tub:

The cottage has an outdoor hot tub that can be booked if desired. Hot tub price €166 per booking. The price is €190 per booking if the hot tub is booked on arrival. During festival times the hot tub price is €228 per booking.
At certain times the system will automatically add the hot tub fee to the reservation in addition to the cottage price. The hot tub appears as a separate line item on the reservation. Those dates can be checked here.

Notes:

There is no fireplace in the apartment.
The accommodation price does not include departure cleaning or bed linen.
A mandatory departure cleaning fee of €88 is added to all reservations.
Bed linen can be rented from Himos Center if needed.
