Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By making an offer, the bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing the bid.

Viewing the property

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the apartment in question and the company's documents and records. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been discovered during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the documents relating to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and which can be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and transfer of shares take place at the signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax applicable at the time, in accordance with current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not take place due to the fault of the bidder, the seller has the right to claim compensation for a false bid and for disruption of business of at least €250, or if the purchase price exceeds €2,500, then 10% of the bid purchase price. NOTE! This invoice is enforceable by debt collection.
