The deadline for submitting offers ends on 01 February 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase mechanism. A written offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum offer amount, and the object number in the huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. Arrangements for submitting a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance, and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 28 January 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may at its discretion extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any charges arising from transferring utility or connection agreements.

The foreclosed property is sold in an online auction with automatic bid increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 01 February 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid has been made.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 28 January 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
