• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. It has not been inspected by a qualified appraiser, so there may be latent defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, and any company documents and records, before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any issue that could have been found during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Please note each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, the pickup fee must be paid for each lot. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please bear this in mind when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Before buying, please check all relevant matters such as vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of bidding. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per started day past the collection deadline.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller, who may resell them.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) price and the offered price, plus any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
