The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 27 November 2025 and 17 December 2025. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends at 13:00 on 17 December 2025 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 27 November 2025 to 17 December 2025 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyers liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service providers system. The highest bid is the one that the service providers system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 12:00 on 15 December 2025 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidders contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 12:00 on 15 December 2025 at the address Utsf6kningsverket/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Bjf6rneborg. A written bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidders contact details, the bids maximum amount and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself in order to submit the bid.
