Viewing the property

Conclusion of the sale

The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer is responsible for the costs of transaction certification.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax applicable under current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Real Estate Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to the sale.
