The lot is sold by increment bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 14/11/2025 - 07/12/2025. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 07/12/2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Agency is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in buyer liability under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase function. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 05/12/2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Agency, Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number the offer concerns. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
