Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. Seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

The buyer will assume the apartment's share of the housing company loan. Capital charges (1 and 2) total: approx. €1,723 (paid monthly €48.08). The loan shares can also be paid off in full at once. This must be agreed separately with the property manager.

An up-to-date property manager's statement will be ordered after the auction ends.

The costs arising from the sale (€600) are payable by the buyer.

Viewing the property

Bidders are obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the apartment and the company's documents. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the preliminary inspection. The apartment is sold as seen at the time of sale.

Contrary to the listing photos, there are some marks on the internal doors and kitchen cabinet doors, and the fridge-freezer is missing. On the floor plan the apartment is the unit on the right-hand side of the picture.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the correctness and timeliness of the documents related to the property. The seller confirms they have given the buyer all information they know and which can be expected to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale

The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and the share transfer take place at the signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not go ahead due to the bidder's fault, the seller has the right to receive an agreed standard compensation (€2,000).
