The object is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 12/11/2025 and 07/12/2025. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 07/12/2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 12/11/2025 to 07/12/2025 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system availability. The highest bid is the one that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a candidate buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 04/12/2025 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
