The property has been seized and is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a 20% deposit of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the bid.
