Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 28/11/2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the one the provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately to accept or reject the highest bid within seven working days of the online auction ending. Acceptance of a bid and payment details will be notified to the buyer separately.

Bids are made on the purchase price, which does not include items payable by the buyer under the Housing Companies Act (see the sales prospectus section obligations and rights transferred to the buyer). Any claims of the housing company must be paid by the buyer directly to the company separately; the purchase price paid to enforcement will not reduce them in any way.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation in accordance with Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

Participants are advised to ensure that the contact details registered on www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. As a rule, only the person who has made the accepted online auction bid becomes the buyer and new owner. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another, they must present a power of attorney or other evidence of their authority to bid on behalf of another.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Payment terms: The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. If the highest bid is accepted, the remaining purchase price may be granted a payment period of up to six weeks if needed. If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the bid. If a payment period is used, annual interest will be charged on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the whole payment period from the date of sale until the payment period ends.

Appeals: An enforcement appeal concerning the sale and any action relating to or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks of the sale. The appeal instruction is attached to the sale decision.
