The property will be sold in an online auction with increment bids on the website huutokaupat.com during the period 28 October 2025 – 30 November 2025. The deadline for placing offers ends on 30 November 2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last offer accepted for the auction.

The enforcement authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer may, however, accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer; this will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment mechanism. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by no later than 27 November 2025 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Pori, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The person making the offer must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
