The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer pursuant to section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a 20 percent deposit of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the bid.
