Defects and other observations

The car was driven on trade plates from Turku to Tuusula, during which we noted the following:

- The engine fault light comes on intermittently and sometimes goes out when the car is switched off. The car produces fault codes P2006 + P2007, suggesting an issue with the intake manifold flaps, apparently a common fault in this engine.

- Airbag light is on (airbag recall outstanding)

- The tyres vibrate slightly at higher speeds. Tyre pressures were not checked before the drive.

- Parking sensors do not work. The centre sensor at the front on the driver's side is not working.

- The driver's window does not lower using the button.

- The exhaust may have a minor leak.


+ The engine and gearbox feel smooth and there are no unusual noises.

+ The suspension does not knock or pull.

+ The brakes feel good.
