Bids must be submitted by the specified time. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspecting the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Concluding the sale

The sale of the property must be concluded in the form prescribed by the Code of Real Estate. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion of the sale. The fee of the public purchase witness is paid equally by the seller and buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

Under the Code of Real Estate, a party who refuses to conclude the sale must compensate the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to concluding the sale.
