Nordspa Thermo-X 200 is an outdoor hot tub cover with an extra-thick 150 mm insulation layer, providing extremely efficient thermal insulation and protecting the hot tub from weather conditions all year round. The profile slopes from the centre towards the edges, ensuring that rainwater drains efficiently from the surface. This cover is designed for extreme Nordic weather conditions, where durability, insulation performance and ease of use are essential.

The EPS insulation in the Nordspa Thermo-X cover, coated with aluminium foil and non-woven fabric, is one of the most effective solutions on the market for retaining heat. The insulation keeps heat in the hot tub and cold outside, significantly reducing the need for heating and energy consumption. The 30 mm thicker extreme insulation layer provides up to 30% better thermal insulation compared with conventional covers.

The folding design makes handling effortless – it can easily be opened and closed by one person. The lightweight yet sturdy construction, together with ergonomic Heavy Duty carrying handles, ensures smooth operation. Strong fastening straps keep the cover securely in place even in windy conditions, providing reliable protection for your hot tub.

Thermo-X is built to last. Its strong marine vinyl cover withstands moisture, UV radiation, frost and fluctuating temperatures. A galvanised C-steel profile at the folding point increases structural rigidity and extends the service life, while reinforced double stitching ensures that the cover retains its shape and withstands continuous use year after year.
