The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid unless otherwise stated in the listing.

The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment described in the listing and present at the time of sale.

The descriptions in the listing are solely the seller's assessments of the item for sale. The item has no warranty and there is no right of exchange or return.

Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the item themselves before placing a binding bid.

By placing a binding bid, the bidder accepts the item's condition as-is.

The auctioned item must be paid for within two days of the auction ending. The sale will be deemed cancelled if payment is not made, and the buyer will then be liable for damages. For an unpaid bid, we charge 15% of the bid price, subject to a minimum of €150 (VAT 0%). Under the Value Added Tax Act, this compensation charge is not subject to VAT.

The item must be collected within one week of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed. The item must be paid for before collection.

If the item is not collected by the deadline, we charge a storage fee of €50 per commencing day for the excess period.

If the storage fees exceed the sale price of the item, ownership will transfer back to the seller!

To submit a written bid, contact the advertiser in advance. The written bid must be submitted in person to the advertiser no later than four (4) hours before the closing time stated in the listing. All bids will be registered as public in the item's listing.
