Very low-mileage C5 at auction with a reliable HDI diesel engine, silky-smooth hydropneumatic suspension and a meticulously maintained service history.
During the past year, the car has had, among other things, all brake pads, front brake discs and callipers, left and right lower wishbones, a drive shaft joint, lower ball joint and wheel alignment replaced. The battery has also been replaced.
The timing belt was replaced in 2020; the replacement interval is 10 years.
Observed during the test drive:
The ventilation blows cold and hot air simultaneously from different vents. The fault has been investigated sufficiently to establish that the actuator motor works, meaning that one of the control flaps is stuck in the system.
The tailgate struts are worn
The driver's seat heater does not work
Drives well, cruise control works, electric windows work
The suspension works, rises and lowers, and does not sag at the corners even after standing outside for several days
Very clean bodywork
Equipment
Cruise control
Electric seat
Automatic climate control
Electric windows
Electrically folding mirrors
2 sets of tyres and wheels
