This is a 1976 Kadett C GT/E, originally sold new in Finland and now museum registered. The type plate identifies it as a 1976 Kadett C Coupé, built at Antwerp II, Belgium, with chassis number 3265181636.

The car retains its correct 1.9E engine, stamped 19E, and presents very convincingly as an early GT/E. The engine and mechanical specification are consistent with the original 1.9-litre GT/E. The car also has a later-fitted 5-speed Getrag gearbox.

Condition

The car is in good, largely original condition and has clearly been well cared for. The exterior was repainted at some stage and remains very presentable. The inner body areas appear to retain their original paint.

The distinctive yellow and black GT/E colour scheme gives the car an authentic period appearance, complemented by the characteristic GT/E interior and instrumentation.
