Honda Accord, 2009, Helsinki

Note! No special modifications have been made. The DPF (diesel particulate filter) has been disabled in the car’s software. The car has nevertheless passed its inspection like this. The particulate filter was also replaced in this car in 2018. A new particulate filter costs approximately €400; a used one perhaps no more than a couple of hundred euros!

Information about the car and possible faults: The body has some age-related patina. Both sills have been patched and repaired due to rust, with a difference in paint shade. Rust on the rear wheel arch on the driver’s side. The fog-light lenses are cracked, but the lights work. A small dent in the rear bumper. The interior is in very tidy condition. The DPF has been disabled in the car’s software, so it can probably be programmed back into operation.

Servicing and inspection: Passed inspection in June 2026.
