Defects and other observations

During the test drive, we noted the following:


  • When starting the car, the engine fault light flashed briefly. The engine ran unevenly for a while but then improved. The engine fault light also went out after a while and did not come back on.

  • The mechanics appear to work; the engine retains its power and the manual gearbox works well.

  • The garage diagnosed the car as follows: > Compression pressures and ignition checked OK.

    > Misfires in cylinder 3. Oil/fuel in the cylinder. There is also oil and possibly coolant in the intake manifold. The engine consumes a considerable amount of oil.




We have not carried out a technical condition inspection of the car, nor tested the operation of all equipment. The car may have hidden faults that we did not detect during the test drive and inspection. However, we disclose all known information about every car.
