The vehicle is sold as inspected and without warranty. It is the responsibility of participants in the auction of the property for sale to ascertain the equipment/devices included in the property and the condition of the property and its equipment/devices. The above description of the vehicle’s condition or defects is based on the observations made by the enforcement officer when taking possession of the vehicle. Test driving the property for sale is not possible during the enforcement sale or viewing.

The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 7 October 2026 to 27 October 2026. Registration is required to participate in the auction. The deadline for submitting bids is 27 October 2026 at 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not liable for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 21 October 2026 at 12:00 to the Savonlinna office of the Enforcement Authority, address Tottinkatu 9, 57130 Savonlinna, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi (reference: Sale number 13520000755). The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by private sale, applying, as appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales prospectus is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the item for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents before making a bid.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sale decision.
