• Excellent Focus estate, thoroughly test-driven and found to drive well. The engine retains its power, runs smoothly and is pleasant to drive. It has a Powershift automatic gearbox, which feels good and changes gear as it should when working properly... However, it may occasionally display the message “Transmission limited function” on the multifunction display, indicating a gearbox fault mode. This clears when the car is restarted, after which the gearbox works correctly (the car also moves while in fault mode, so it will not leave you stranded for that reason). Based on the previous owner’s experience and our own test drive, the fault mode appears sometimes more often and sometimes not at all; on the latest test drive, the car was driven approximately 50 km without any warnings!

• So much service history comes with the car that it could not all fit in the photos: a thick bundle of receipts, plus the service book and a diary kept by the owner regarding the car’s maintenance. The listing includes photos of the service book and some receipts. The gearbox oil has been changed regularly, and the car has otherwise been carefully serviced. The latest service was carried out at 357,000 km in June 2026, and the latest timing belt change at 351,000 km in May 2026. The alternator, brakes and suspension components have also recently been replaced.
