Towable sauna cabin 7.4 × 3.4 m – factory-built in 2001, refurbished 2025–2026:

Factory-built, wheeled sauna cabin manufactured in 2001, with a separate sauna and spacious living area with kitchen fittings. The cabin was re-panelled inside and out in winter 2025–2026. At the same time, a sauna was built and a new stove, water tank and chimney were installed. A new wood-burning stove was purchased for the living area. The living area and sauna have wooden floors. The sauna floor has an additional vinyl covering and drains along both edges. The living area has 16 mm film-faced plywood on top of the wooden floor. The base is clean and sound. The exterior cladding, and the interior, can be painted in a colour of your choice.

Sauna:

Panelled sauna built in winter 2025–2026, with wooden benches, a glass door and a window. Fitted with a new Harvia wood-burning sauna stove, water tank with tap and new chimney.

Living area:

Wood-panelled living area with windows on both long sides. The room has a new Hecht wood-burning stove with glass door, as well as upper and lower kitchen cabinets, drawer units and a worktop.

Moving:

Can be moved using a lorry hook or tractor. Transport is also possible on a trailer.

A storage fee of €30 per day will be charged if the item is not collected within seven days of the auction ending or at the time stated in the listing (where collection is possible). You may view the item and assess its condition yourself, provided you notify us and arrange a viewing in advance. The stated condition is based on a superficial inspection, and other defects may be present. Please inspect the item yourself before placing a binding bid. A €99.90 office fee will be added to the winning bid, regardless of whether the item is collected or delivered to the customer.
