Mazda Mazda6, 2008, Turku

Clean Mazda 6 up for auction, looking for a new owner willing to do a little work and show it some love. A practical car for many years to come!

The car has a regular, fully documented service history from new, plus a thick file of service and repair receipts, so it has been in good hands.

For example, the timing belt kit was replaced 8,000 km ago in 2023.

The body is very clean, with no major dents or scratches, and the windscreen is completely intact. The only issue is a small rust spot/some missing paint along the lower edge of the tailgate.

Comes with two sets of wheels, each on its own rims. The winter tyres are almost new, and the summer tyres still have plenty of tread.

Good equipment, including: tow bar, working automatic air conditioning, engine block and cabin heater, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, heated seats, tinted windows, two keys, etc.

The car needs a little work, but it should be an easy job for someone capable!

• The airbag light sometimes flashes on the instrument panel. A poor connection was diagnosed as early as 2018, so it has clearly not caused significant problems.

• The electric window on the passenger side and the driver's-side rear passenger window do not always work.

• The engine is leaking oil from the top. The valve cover gasket and the copper seals on two injectors probably need replacing; this is a known fault on this engine.

The engine appears to be in good condition, runs well both cold and warm, and has retained its power. The gearbox also works very smoothly, and the car drives well, with no extra knocks or play.

No detailed fault diagnosis has been carried out, and the car is sold as-is.

Vehicle deregistered from traffic on 13 October 2026.
