Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there is more than one bid, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making a possible bid. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all potentially relevant matters, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the bid price, as well as any agent’s and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
