Site office / storage container for refurbishment – floor removed, no. 10, Parainen

AUTUMN campaign – last containers clearing the yard!

The remaining containers from a container building dismantled in summer 2026 are now for sale. Space is needed in the yard – here is a container for your own use or refurbishment project!

The containers formed part of a connected building of 24 containers. Depending on their condition and the alterations required, possible uses include a site office, storage space or the frame for a garden sauna. Two or more containers can also be combined into a larger unit.

For sale: container no. 10 with an entrance vestibule, for refurbishment or as a building project.

PLEASE NOTE! Dismantling has begun: the floor structure has been completely removed in part, and the ground is visible through the container. The original floor mentioned in the general technical specifications is not present in this container. The buyer must build a new floor before use.

One end of the container has an entrance vestibule/canopy and the other has a window. The vestibule was part of the container building’s shared passageway, so its open sides should be panelled closed if the container is used as a separate building.

A project for a buyer who wants to build the floor structure according to their intended use!

General technical specifications of the containers:
• Manufacturer: Pro Contain, 2008
• External dimensions approx. 2.45 × 6.00 m
• Internal walls made of chipboard
• Mineral wool insulation in the walls and ceiling
• Original floor made of vinyl flooring and chipboard, uninsulated. Container-specific exceptions are stated above.
• Electrical distribution board installed, connection via a three-phase power socket
• Electric radiator
• Ventilation unit
• Sound-insulated wooden fire doors

The containers are used. Please study the photographs and the condition information for each container. The item can be viewed by agreement.

COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT

The containers have already been separated, so the buyer only needs to load their own container. A crane lorry can drive right next to the container. Lifting the containers has been possible, for example, with a crane lorry of approximately 20 tonne-metres; the buyer must confirm the suitability of the equipment with the transport company.

The collection location is one ferry crossing away. The ferry runs approximately every 15 minutes and can also accommodate heavy equipment.

The buyer arranges and pays for lifting and transport. Collection within 14 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed.

OTHER CONTAINERS FROM THE SAME LOCATION

Other containers are also for sale in separate auctions. See our other items! A buyer of several containers may collect them all at once after the final auction has ended. Each item must be paid for according to its own payment terms.
