The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the product before making an offer. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a pre-inspection.

The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The bid price does not include deductible VAT, and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making a possible offer. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters relevant to your purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes inspected, uninspected and potentially vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower price and the bid price, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
