The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may also exist that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspecting the item Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the product in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making a possible offer. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters relevant to the purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details in Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The items for sale include inspected, uninspected and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 / day + VAT applies for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the bid price, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
