• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder must familiarise themselves with the product before making a bid. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when considering a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters relevant to your purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for collection after this period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the bid price, as well as any agency and collection costs, with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right for the item
