Owning your own holiday week means carefree holidays above all. As the owner of a holiday week, you acquire a share in a holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance, cleaning and bed linen, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying yourself.

If you cannot holiday there yourself, this week is easy to rent out, or you can give it to a friend; simply notify reception who will collect the keys. You can also leave the week for Holiday Club to rent out, meaning you do not need to make any effort yourself.

The maintenance charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and grounds, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance and emergency services, reception and key services, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer may use the apartment from week 49/2026 (Friday 27 November 2026 – Friday 4 December 2026). Alternatively, possession for 2026 may remain with the seller, in which case the seller pays the 2026 maintenance charge.

Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 12:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).
