HEATING THE APARTMENTS:

The apartments are heated by electrically powered fan-assisted underfloor heating. The heating unit is located under the entrance hall floor and is thermostat-controlled. The unit makes a humming noise when operating. The apartment temperature is controlled by a thermostat on the wall next to the entrance door. The thermostat should not normally be adjusted; temperatures are checked on the changeover day. WASTE MANAGEMENT:
