The bankruptcy estate is selling:

1 pc TechnoGym exercise bike New bike Excite 500 Sp

The device display works fully normally even though the image taken of the display does not look normal (the phenomenon is due to the compatibility of the phone camera and the treadmill display technologies).

The bankruptcy estate has received the following information about the item:

• worked normally until the start of the bankruptcy

• all Semjen Oy equipment has been checked and serviced in summer 2026

The item must be paid for within 24 hours of the bid being accepted, and the receipt must be shown when collecting the item.

The item must be collected on 16/10/2026 between 10.30 and 16.30 or on 19/10/2026 between 10.30 and 16.30. COLLECTION AT ANY OTHER TIME IS NOT POSSIBLE.

Vans can reach the doors (max height 285 cm and total weight 4 tonnes) + trailer. It is recommended to arrive via Klemeläntie. Turn from Klemeläntie up the hill in the last picture and drive straight on; after the underpass, the entrance doors are in front of you. If arriving by lorry, it must be left approx. 150-200 m from the doors. From the doors to the lorry, transport by forklift is possible. Moving with normal pallet trucks is difficult because there are gentle hills along the route.

There are no stairs at the site. Inside the gym, items can be moved with pallet trucks. The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the item on site; no assistance will be provided by the bankruptcy estate!
