Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later invoke a circumstance that could have been observed in a prior inspection.

No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check any matters related to the purchase decision in advance, including vehicle taxes, condition of the device and any hidden defects.

The items are not subject to the provisions of consumer protection legislation governing consumer sales.

Payment: The bid must be paid and the receipt delivered by email within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the bid page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before pickup or delivery.

Ownership of the auctioned items transfers at the time of handover.

Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for collection after the deadline.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.
