Maintenance fee €189.00/year. The fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance and key service, etc.

Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi and the buyer undertake to enter all bids into the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts all terms of sale. In holiday apartment transactions, the deeds are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the deed and sends a signing link to the buyer with the highest bid. Bids are binding and the share must be paid into the bank account shown in the deed within 3 days of the auction ending.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not take place due to a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to compensation for a false bid and disruption of business amounting to 10% of the highest bid, or a minimum of €280. Inspection of the property

Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that it has provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and reasonably assumed to affect the transaction. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that all maintenance fees and other payments due to the company have been paid up to the date of sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price, and for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 private individuals / €60 companies). Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send the deed of sale, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry, and proof of transfer tax to the property manager for registration of the share.
