One of the bedrooms has a double bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and one single bed, so there is accommodation for five people in total.

The spacious apartment is ideal for a full week’s holiday, and its central location means Saariselkä’s services are conveniently close.

🚗 Parking

The apartment’s parking space is located in the parking area in front of building A.

The parking spaces have electric sockets for engine heating. The last digit of the apartment number corresponds to the socket number, and the switch for the parking space socket is located in the electrical cabinet in the apartment’s hallway.

Parking cars elsewhere on the yard area is prohibited.

💰 Maintenance charge

The maintenance charge for the first half of 2026 from 1 Jan to 30 Jun 2026 totalled €285.12.

From 1 Jul 2026, the maintenance charge is €0.44/m²/month, which for this 69 m² apartment means €30.36/month.

For the period 1 Jul to 30 Sep 2026, the maintenance charge totals €91.08. The seller will pay this charge to the company, and €91.08 will be invoiced from the new owner at the time of the sale.

Thereafter, any due maintenance charges will be payable by the new owner.
