• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold straight from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not afterwards rely on a matter that could have been noticed in the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty from the seller, nor any right of exchange or return. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The auction must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision before making the decision, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles using Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any overdue pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, together with any agency and collection costs, plus interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
