• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any circumstance that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making any bid. The item is not new, so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision in advance, including, for example: vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late pickup.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full any difference between the lower price and the bid price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the listing is correct
