The lot must be collected on 17.9.2026 between 10:00 and 16:00 (the premises must be empty by 16:00 at the latest). Collection at any other time is not possible.


The lot is located on the third floor. Loading takes place from the second floor. There is a lift at the site. The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the lot on site. No assistance will be provided by the bankruptcy estate.


The lot must be paid within 24 hours of acceptance. The seller will notify acceptance of the lot no later than 14.9.2026 at 18:00.
