Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid the seller has accepted as the highest. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing the bid.


Viewing the property

Before submitting a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records in question. The buyer may not later invoke a matter that could have been discovered in the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller guarantees that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that may be assumed to affect the transaction.

Completion of the sale

The real estate transaction must be completed in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed are agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The fee for the conveyance witness is paid equally by the seller and the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice currently in force.

Withdrawing from the sale

Under the Land Code, a party refusing to complete the transaction must compensate the other party for reasonable costs caused by advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
