The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 👓 Inspection of the item Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later invoke a matter that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

The item must be paid for before pickup or delivery.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and shortcomings may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters that may affect the purchase decision before bidding, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The sale may include inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-unpaid vehicles.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of possible water, electricity and other connections.

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. For collection after that, a fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price, if any, and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
