Ultrasonic cleaners are ecological cleaning systems. The cleaning effect of an ultrasonic cleaner is created by waves (invisible to the human eye) passing through the water containing the cleaning fluid. This creates thousands of small cavitation centres (microbubbles), which then burst under the effect of the same sound waves. The collision of the microbubbles causes local, rapid pressure changes that detach dirt particles (grease and other impurities) from the surface of the object.
