• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer cannot later rely on a fact that could have been discovered during a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the bid page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before pickup or delivery.

• 🧾 The bid price does not include deductible VAT, nor is it added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check any matters related to the purchase decision beforehand, including vehicle tax, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. An additional pickup time will be charged at 50€ / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the bid price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

And please note that

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as-is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days from the end of the auction, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
